‘I called through the other day as I had a prescription that needing Collection. I am shielding during the pandemic so asked if it was possible to have it posted. The receptionist took it upon herself to hand deliver this to my house, going above and beyond to support me and my dog. The surgery consistently supports us with amazing service and such compassion and love for our dogs. I truly feel like they care and will do anything to make sure our dogs are healthy and well cared for. They treat them as if they are their own. We have been going to the Basingstoke branch for 13 years now and would highly recommend them.’
