‘Recently my boxer puppy ruptured a cruciate ligament which required surgery. Freya has been working across St Kitts and Crookham Park for more than 3 months and we are now in rehabilitation thanks to the teams. Both surgeries are world-class in customer and pet care with high calibre people. We have experienced a seamless and joined up approach from the reception and nursing team to vets and surgeons who demonstrated great empathy. Thank you all.
