‘We have been coming here for years. They’re always so loving towards our cat, Tilly. Today she went there because of suspected toxicity. She was ok, thankfully! The vet was lovely. At first I was worried when she came out to talk to us but she straight away said it was good news because she knew I had been worried. We wouldn’t go anywhere else with our girl. It’s always a safe and calm environment, even with social distancing they have it cornered off between reception and visitors and only one in at a time. Thank you to all the staff for always looking after us and our cat x x’
