‘I cannot thank the Basingstoke branch anymore than I have been. My kitten went into be spayed last week and has had a few issues with healing. The vets listened to my concerns and agreed something wasn’t right. They’ve added a drain in today and commented on how much of a diva Kniffler is! But they’ve been nothing but amazing with her, myself and her care!!! Even if Kniffler doesn’t care she’s just had surgery!
